You aren't very likely to get a hold of him personally other than through the chat, or the shoutbox here.

If you want to try anyway, he's usually on weeknights after 6 pm Eastern. To leave him a message, use the chat room and doubleclick his name in the list on the right, then send your message. If he's not there, he will get back to you when he can.

If your message is related to gameplay (and isnt a private type of question), please first ask someone in the chatroom or openly ask it.
