There are not many rules here, mostly suggestions. If anyone joins, then there may be rules.
You do not need to be in the chain of command. I recommend it if you wish to join, but it is not required.
I do not prohibit attacking other members, but they may have issues with it. I personally do not recommend it, as they may take issue with it. Try to settle the dispute between yourselves, and if it gets out of hand, I will step in.
Being offensive is not recommended. You can if you wish, but there will be consequences.

If you are being harassed by others outside the alliance, try to settle it with them in a civil manner. If not, notify me or someone else, and I will take it to them, attempting to stop the problem before it blows up.
